BluePeak Digital Media provides website development, website hosting and maintenance, business automation setup and management, CRM-related integrations, lead notifications, appointment communications, review request systems, and related digital services depending on the customer's selected service.

The Website + Automation System is currently offered at $297 USD per month unless another price or arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. Customers authorize the applicable payment provider to charge their selected payment method for recurring subscription payments, and are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Prices may be changed for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required. Existing contractual arrangements may be governed by their separately agreed terms.

Customers may cancel their monthly subscription by contacting BluePeak Digital Media before their next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun. Services may remain available through the applicable paid period, depending on the service arrangement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, branding assets, access credentials where necessary, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to provide the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their business activities and use of the systems comply with applicable laws, including laws governing calls, text messages, and email communications with their own customers.

Some functionality depends on third-party platforms and providers. BluePeak Digital Media cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or functionality changes caused solely by third-party providers.

Customers retain ownership of the content they provide, such as their logos, photos, text, and business information, and grant BluePeak Digital Media a license to use that content as needed to provide the services.

BluePeak Digital Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, systems, processes, and other intellectual property used in delivering the services.

Customers may not use BluePeak Digital Media services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, spam-related, or otherwise prohibited activities.

Marketing, lead generation, review, booking, and automation tools can assist a business, but BluePeak Digital Media does not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, reviews, bookings, revenue, rankings, or other business results unless a specific written agreement expressly says otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, BluePeak Digital Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of our services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services during the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate services in cases including non-payment, misuse of the services, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
